As of January 2010, Conewago Online has been operating for seven years.
To make it easier for returning visitors to find what's new, changes are summarized below.
Conewago Online has grown. A print-out of original site content is over 100 pages.
There are almost 200 links to external sites. Conewago Online provides information about (and links to) local attractions, businesses, churches, schools, sports, recreation, history, and government. It includes a Community Services Guide and Calendar.
A companion website, Conewago.US is a detailed Guide to Conewago Township Government.
It includes over two thousand pages of Public Records from the township, school district, and sewer authority.
New documents will be added as they become available.
Since the official township meeting minutes are generally not released until a month after the meeting,
Conewago Online provides the CO Blog to fill the gap.
- 01/04/10 CO marks seven years of service to the community. Publisher Joel Buckley elected chairman of theConewago Township Board of Supervisors.
- 01/04/09 CO marks six years of service to the community.
- 08/13/08 Draft Comprehensive Plan added.
- 01/04/08 CO marks five years of operation.
- 09/14/07 Elections page link and Local Tax Info page link moved from ConewagoOnline.com main menu to Conewago.US main menu.
- 03/09/07 New CO Blog WebLog started. Old Links page added to Site Index page.
- 01/04/07 CO marks four years of operation.
- 11/17/06 New Guide to Conewago Twp Government created at Conewago.US with separate pages for Board of Supervisors, Building and Zoning, Financial, Planning Commission, Parks and Recreation Board, Road Crew and Recycling, and the Conewago Municipal Authority. Meeting minutes are now are now on the page of the boards or commission that met.
